All month long, The Parks Alliance of Indianapolis is teaming up with some of our favorite local businesses to celebrate and support the parks, trails, playgrounds, pools, splash pads, and public spaces that make Indianapolis… Indianapolis.
Translation?
You can support parks by eating ice cream, grabbing coffee, ordering dinner, visiting local spots, and enjoying summer. Tough assignment, we know.
Here’s what’s on deck (so far) for For the Love of Parks 2026:
July 4 | BRICS Ice Cream
Nothing says summer quite like ice cream and parks.
Start your Parks & Recreation Month celebration with a stop at BRICS Ice Cream. Grab a scoop, soak up the holiday vibes, and help show some love to Indy parks.
July 6–13 | ClusterTruck Giveback Week
Dinner = handled.
Order from ClusterTruck between July 6–13 using code LOVEPARKS-26 and support Indianapolis parks without even leaving your couch.
Code: LOVEPARKS-26
Convenient? Yes.
Delicious? Also yes.
Supportive of parks? You bet.
July 9 | 8th Day Distillery
Raise a glass to the places that connect us.
Join us at 8th Day Distillery for a special evening benefiting Indy parks, trails, and public spaces.
Details coming soon — but trust us, you’ll want this on your calendar.
July 16 | Mass Ave Pub
Summer nights + local spots + supporting parks.
Sounds like a win.
Swing by Mass Ave Pub, bring a friend, and celebrate Parks & Recreation Month while supporting the spaces that help bring our city together.
All July | Tinker Coffee Partnership
Your morning coffee run can officially count as supporting parks.
Throughout July, enjoy Tinker Coffee and help fuel parks across Indianapolis — one cup at a time.
Coffee = community impact.
All July | Find the _NDY Statue at Highland Park
Say hello to one of Indy’s most iconic photo ops.
Throughout the month of July, you’ll be able to visit the _NDY statue at Highland Park, one of Indianapolis’ most scenic overlooks with incredible views of downtown.
Snap a photo. Explore the park. Stay awhile.
(Pro tip: coffee + skyline + park views = strong summer energy.)
July 30 | Guggman Haus Brewing Co.
Let’s close out Parks & Recreation Month the right way.
Join us at Guggman Haus for a summer celebration benefiting Indy parks and public spaces.
Good beer. Good people. Great cause.
More to Come…
And yes — there’s more where this came from.
Additional events, partnerships, pop-ups, and park-loving opportunities are still on the way, so keep checking back throughout June and July for updates.
Because parks aren’t just places we visit. They’re where we gather, move, celebrate, recharge, connect, and make memories.
So this July:
- Visit a park.
- Grab a coffee.
- Eat the ice cream.
- Find the _NDY statue.
- Support the spaces that make Indy feel like home.
For the Love of Parks presented by Midstates Recreation benefits The Parks Alliance of Indianapolis and helps support stronger parks, trails, and public spaces across our city.
